You earn your customers by being respectful. Bpost told my package is delivered here when I asked more info in their office, the package is yet to be confirmed that it is delivered here, I asked the store owner to check if my package was there and he didn't want to check for me, told me he also removes packages after 3 days and this is not in agreement with Bpost, you need to hold them for 14 days that's their rule. Owner called me "bro" seems very rude and unprofessional, if my package is still in "wait for confirmation by store" till Thursday then you will be in legal trouble. This is the reason for this low score, I also saw more reviews claiming false advertisement which is also illegal!
