Buying my vintage chair from Modern Living was an absolute pleasure: the process was swift and easy, the owners were extremely friendly and helpful and the item arrived very well packaged and intact. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who appreciates great vintage design.

One of my favorite place in town! They always have something that you normally can’t find in any other store. I love the quality of the products, friendly service and the mid century design. I have already bought many times and everything fits so beautiful in my interior! Even bought a beautiful table desk for my holiday home in Brazil and product got there perfectly. Would definitely recommend for any one into mid century design!

Prachtige en stijlvolle galerij in de wijk van de Kloosterstraat, het hart van design- en antiekwinkels in Antwerpen, gespecialiseerd in mid-century meubels en decoratieve objecten. De indeling van de winkel en de inhoud van de webshop wisselt regelmatig, dus het is aan te raden om geregeld een kijkje te nemen als je op zoek bent naar iets leuks. Het is op die manier dat ik al verschillende toffe stuks op de kop heb kunnen tikken. De togo’s zijn dé eye-catchers, maar ook andere meubels worden met vakmanschap en liefde hersteld in hun originele staat. Af en toe hangen er ook verrassende schilderijen. Ideale winkel als je jouw interieur een paar niveaus hoger wil tillen, zonder blut te zijn op het einde van de rit!

I bought a vintage nightstand for € 1750 including shipping. It was packaged quite poorly (wrapped in foil instead of being packed in a stable box) and completely broke apart during transfer -- I basically received a load of firewood. I returned the item, for which I had to pay the equivalent of € 450 in shipping. And then Modern Living also charged me the import tax on the return of € 360, so I am out € 810 with nothing to show for. They didn't take any responsibility for the poor packaging, I would not do business with them again.

Prachtige keuze aan exclusieve doch betaalbare meubelen, sympathieke eigenaars die super hulpvaardig zijn en weten waar ze over spreken. Eerste verplichte stop als je op zoek bent naar een uniek design stuk.
